** Photographs are for the sole use of the agent who commissioned the work and cannot be used by anyone else without permission from Bayphotos. Price includes 3 higher resolution photos for advertising boards upon request. Owners & other agents can also buy an emailed set for only $20. If the owner purchases a set this opens up copyright. Payment to be made in advance, at the time of shoot or within 7 days for approved account customers. All photos are owned by Bayphotos and may be used for marketing purposes. Upon payment the client is given a licence to use the photographs for marketing the property. Bayphotos shall not be liable for any legal claim or damages resulting from the publication of the images and the client shall indemnify Bayphotos against any such claim.
